Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At CA Collects, we strive to provide accurate product information and timely order fulfillment. By placing an order, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

In-Stock Items

• Orders for in-stock items may be canceled before they have been shipped.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items reserve inventory in advance and are not currently in stock.

• Pre-order cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.

• Manufacturer delays, production delays, shipping delays, customs delays, or release date changes do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation.

• Once a pre-order item is ready to ship, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Combined Orders

• Orders containing multiple pre-order items may be held until all items are available.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available.

• Customers who wish to receive items separately should place separate orders.

Order Changes

• Requests to change shipping addresses, quantities, or products must be submitted before an order has been processed for shipment.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been placed.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
