• Preorder products are not currently in stock and are reserved in advance.

• Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may ship separately.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
• CA Collects is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
