Delivery times
United States: 2–9 business days from the day you order, processing included.
International: 4–22 business days from the day you order, processing included. We ship worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the UAE.
We ship with USPS, DHL and other carriers. Times shown at checkout are estimates, and customs or weather can add a few days.
Tracking
You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first update to show.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship when they arrive in Houston. If an order has several pre-orders, it ships once every item is in. Want things sooner? Place separate orders.
Sealed items
Boxed models and sealed Hot Wheels cases are inspected on the outside only. We never open factory-sealed product, so collector seals stay intact.
Arrived damaged?
Email contact@cacollects.co within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item, its packaging and the shipping box, and we'll take it from there.
